Current LMC Brentwood Center student Enrolled in a minimum of six (6) units at the LMC Brentwood Center at the time of this application Intend to continue at LMC Brentwood Center Fall 2013 Submit verification of 3.0 GPA from InSite WebAdvisor (first time freshman students are eligible to apply; however, no funds will be disbursed until GPA is verified) Write an essay on the following topic (250 words or less) Describe your educational experience at the LMC Brentwood Center and any participation in student and/or community activities. Describe why this award will help you reach your educational goals. Two letters of recommendation from a faculty member, employee, community member, etc. Letters must be on official letterhead in sealed envelopes with initials of the signer over the sealed point of flap and included with application. Letters from family members will not be accepted.
