It is your responsibility, as the student pre-registering for an independent/directed study, to return this completed form with the final packet. This form ensures that you will get credit for the work you do. If approved, make sure to deliver the original to the Office of the Registrar.If you are applying for an independent study abroad program instead of independent research, select your courses in advance and submit the Transfer Credit/Non-Hartwick Course Approval Form to the Registrar. Once it has been approved, please submit a copy to Global Education as part of your Duffy application.
